Shihao Wei
Staff Accountant
Shihao Wei is a staff accountant with the firm and is responsible for accounting and tax preparation for a number of the firm’s business and individual clients. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an internal accountant for a diverse set of companies, ranging from a media company to medical practices. His areas of expertise include managing all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payables, yearend closes and tax compliance. Shihao is also proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products.

Rabia Gillani
Office Manager
Rabia Gillani is the Office Manager at Taksey, Neff & Associates, LLC, and handles all firm office matters. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring office supply inventories are fully stocked, firm’s accounts payable are well managed, and the firm’s accounts receivable are accurate and up to date. She is also responsible for the assembly and dissemination of each client’s tax forms and documents. She supervises the front office staff, compiles and processes firm payroll, and is also responsible for the initial screening of all prospective new employees.
